Spelling Out Specific Issues of OWS
Feel the rumble. Hear the cry.
See the shrinking needle’s eye.
The calf she seethes in her mother’s milk,
While dancers dance in suits of silk
With heads thrown back they laugh and laugh
Around and round the golden calf,
Which melts and flows from skull to skull,
From capital to Capitol,
Around the board room, back room, bench,
No need to sniff to smell the stench.
The wound is deep, the maggots creep.
With justice blind, or just asleep,
Is what you sow just what you’ll reap?
Mammon’s eyes they glow like coals,
The bell from Hell just tolls and tolls.
